Jonathan Harris – Director

Jonathan Harris MRICS has over 30 years of UK Real Estate experience in Development, Corporate Agency, Investment Advisory and Fund Management.

He was formerly one the senior Partners of Allsop & Co (with 5 offices and over 250 staff), before setting up his own business in 2002 under the banner of Harris Associates. In addition he holds a Non-Executive Directorship of a major interior design company, The Interiors Group.

Jonathan founded WM Energy in late 2008.  Here, with his team he specialises in the fields of energy efficiency, carbon reduction and environmental policy.

Under Harris Associates, Jonathan acts as Fund Manager for a number of family interests, with a combined capital value of circa £100m. He also works as a Corporate Agency advisory service for the likes of Music Sales and Alliance Trust.

Jonathan has advised on purchases and sales exceeding £650m and has purchased and sold on behalf of PLC Property Companies, Overseas Investors, UK Private Companies and Corporates.
