Paul Magrill has 20 years experience acting for client’s providing project management expertise on construction projects and professional property consultancy. A Chartered Building Surveyor, Paul understands commercial property and the ever increasing pressures upon owners and occupiers.

Paul is a co founder of William Martin Energy and is responsible for client liaison, compliance and major projects. He has acted for many FTSE 100 organisations in his role as a partner of William Martin LLP providing due diligence advice on property acquisitions.

Paul’s knowledge of the roles of sustainability and efficiency in property and construction is key to William Martins Energy’s ability to provide a well rounded and comprehensive approach.
