William Martin Energy Group EPS
As William Martin Energy is part of the William Martin Group of Companies and operates from the same offices, it was considered appropriate to develop an environmental policy that covered the entire group.
As an independent multi-disciplinary firm of property consultants, William Martin and Partners provide up-to-date advice to commercial and public sector clients in most matters relating to real estate, building design, construction and health and safety issues.
We recognise that in our day to day operations we inevitably impact on the environment through a number of ways including waste production, the use of natural resources and CO2 emissions.
We have set a goal to reduce our internal energy and water consumption by 30% by 2010 and to have reduced the amount of waste going to landfill by 30% by 2010. We will also have completed our environmental management systems roll out for ISO 14001 to complete the accreditation process by December 2010.
As a responsible company we are fully committed to the continual improvement of our environmental performance and will take all reasonable practicable steps to prevent environmental pollution and reduce our impact on the local and global environment.
