WM Energy is a member of the UK Green Building Council which was formed in 2007.

The councils aims are to bring clarity, purpose and co-ordination of sustainability strategy to the construction sector.

The councils aim is to bring together architects, engineers, investors, product manufacturers, cost consultants, energy suppliers, surveyors, developers, contractors, occupiers – anyone involved in the complex process of planning, designing, constructing, maintaining and operating our buildings.

The William Martin Group of Companies aim to adhere to the principles outlined by the UK GBC in the course of its business. We take time to ensure that we are up to speed with the latest concepts from the UK GBC by sending key staff members to relevant UKGBC meetings whenever possible.

We aim to play an active role in the UKGBC at all times.
